MAKER: Unknown Sheffield Plate Maker circa 1825
MATERIAL: Silverplate / Rolled Silver on Copper
PIECE NAME: Pair Sheffield Fluted Candlesticks with Applied Shells
DIMENSIONS: 8 1/2″ tall and 4 1/4″ across base.
CONDITION: Plate loss with copper showing though mostly on the raised fluting, wear is relatively even. A few minor dings. Bobeches seem pretty snug in the candlesticks and I did not attempt to remove them. Felt has been removed from bases.
